July training: ....

Well it seems I won't be doing much racing this year. It's already August and I haven't applied for anything yet other than the pointless aquathlons. So no real pressure or goals to aim for.
I have applied/plan to apply for a couple of 1500 meter track races to attempt for at least one pb this year. Well with this training I don't see how that can happen but you never know.
