February Running : Eating cakes and sleeping all day

I am Injured. According to the doctor something is wrong with the cartilage under my knee cap. Nothing too serious but it will take time to recover. I've tried to run but it seems impossible ... so what can I do ... time to catch up on sleep I guess.

I began running late March. I don't think I have chondromalacia. Just a injured
