April running: taking it easy

Taking it easy this month. Jogging at easy pace and doing no interval or speed training whatsoever. So far so good. I can say I feel back in shape. The knee feels a bit weak at times so will just jog till mid May.
Ran a race on April 4th, of course lost, but I was surprise to be able to sneak under 4.30 in 1500 without much endurance. Have a lot of work to do if I want to get near my personal best of 4.10.
