June running: very little running

I barely managed to get over 200 km this month for running, but did sign up for my first open water swim race. This forced me to increase the swimming mileage. Not sure about a triathlon this year, but trying to get weekly swimming sessions to have an easy sub 24 min swim in the next triathlon I do.
First real bike session this month but will very likely be the only one.
